Our Story

R&R Marine Supply started back in the 1960s and has long been a great source for all marine supplies. The business has adapted to changing trends over the decades and has always been dedicated to helping you find what you need, when you need it.

Northwater Marine, Inc. (owned by the Pruitt Family) was established in 2016 and formally took over R&R Marine Supply in early 2017. R&R Marine Supply continues to evolve to meet the changing needs and trends in the marine industry. As part of the Northwater Marine family of businesses in Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula, what began as a way to recover value from salvaged and project vessels became a dedicated parts operation — one that now ships obsolete and hard-to-find marine components to boaters and shops across the country.

Within the Northwater Marine family, we sit alongside new-boat sales, expert service, and a waterfront marina. That family means a steady pipeline of trade-ins, salvage, and project boats — and a team that knows marine hardware inside and out. When a part is no longer available through normal channels, it's often sitting on our shelves.

Every vessel we take in is carefully dismantled, cataloged, and photographed so the next owner gets exactly the piece they need — whether it's a deck fitting, a lower unit, or a complete running outboard.
