We want you to be confident in every purchase from R&R Marine Supply. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

New & NOS Parts

New and new-old-stock (NOS) parts in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee may apply to special-order items. Original packaging must be included where applicable.

Used & Salvage Parts

Used and salvage parts are sold as-is unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. Because these parts are removed from salvaged vessels, they may carry wear consistent with age and use. Please ask questions before purchasing — we're happy to send additional photos or details.

Engines & Motors

Used outboard motors sold as "complete & running" are warrantied only as described in their listing. Motors sold for parts are as-is. Returns on motors must be arranged in advance.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at (906) 632-8934 or email rrmarineparts@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please have your order or part number ready. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
